The Liechtenstein Advantages
The Liechtenstein Advantage
Liechtenstein combines financial security with one of the most modern insurance regimes in the world. It enjoys a AAA Rating and the highest GDP per person in the world, while being a member of the European Economic Area (EEA) it applies the same legal provisions to financial market participants as other EU countries.
Policyholder protection is a key element of regulation; the law stipulates that in event of bankruptcy of an insurer, policyholder assets form a separate estate which can’t be touched by its creditors.
